EULA - End User License Agreement

XENTIENT LABELS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ignacio Alvarez Morales for the software product identified above, which includes " online" or electronic documentation and may include computer software and associated media and printed materials ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA you are not authorized to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following limited, non-exclusive rights:

* You may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without charge for fifteen (15) days from the day that you install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You must pay the license fee and register your copy to continue to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the fifteen (15) day evaluation period.

* When you purchase a license you will be provided with a serial number to register your copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may use this serial number to register only the number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT indicated in the serial number and invoice.

* You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license provided you transfer all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license.

DISTRIBUTION. You are hereby licensed to make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish; give exact copies of the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, BBSs, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). You may charge a distribution fee for the package, but you must not represent in any way that you are selling the SOFTWARE PRODUCT itself.

NO WARRANTIES. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
